How we walk with entrepreneurs

起業家と、どのように歩むのか

What REAPRA aims for is not only to grow a business quickly.

To face social issues that span generations, we believe the entrepreneur has to keep learning from society and keep changing.

So, from before founding through the years after investment, we walk alongside entrepreneurs as they deepen their understanding of themselves and of society, put it into practice, and learn from it again.

Knowing yourself | IFD

You do not need to know from the start what company you will build.

What do I feel is wrong? Why does it stay with me? How do I want to live, and how do I want to engage with society?

In IFD (Intensive Foundation Design), you deepen your understanding of yourself through dialogue and practice, check how far it overlaps with REAPRA’s way of thinking, and look for the question you will work on over the long term.

Learning from society | FLP

Understanding yourself alone does not let you understand society.

In FLP (First Learning Practice), which begins after investment, you start with a business where competition is relatively mild and there is a great deal to learn from customers and society. While reaching financial sustainability early, you meet people, talk with customers, and build the business and the organisation.

Start small, try, learn from reality, change.

We treat growing the business and the entrepreneur’s own learning as one process.

Mastery by Co‑Creation with Society

Society is complex and always changing. That is why, rather than understanding society from the outside and acting only once the right answer is found, we value placing ourselves inside society and learning while engaging with it.

Through that engagement, the way you see things and the way you are begin to change. And as you change, the way you engage with society changes too, bringing new change to the people, organisations and businesses around you.

We call this process, in which the self and society keep influencing and changing each other, Mastery by Co‑Creation with Society.

Repeated over a long time, this movement leads beyond a single business: new businesses and new leaders emerge, and in time a new industry takes shape.

Through the mutual transformation of entrepreneurs and society, REAPRA aims to build industries that face social issues across generations.
