Process

From a first conversation to investment or joining

対話から、投資・参画までの流れ

A relationship with REAPRA begins with a conversation.

You do not need to have decided to start a company, or what business to work on. The unease you feel now, what interests you, how you want to live from here. We start talking from there, and deepen the relationship with REAPRA step by step.

  1. Start a conversation

Tell us what you are feeling now, what you have experienced so far, and what you are thinking about for the future.

We will tell you about REAPRA too. It begins with getting to know each other.

  2. Get to know each other

Through several conversations, and by meeting REAPRA members and entrepreneurs, we check where what REAPRA values and what you want to value overlap, and where they differ.

If, at this point, you would like to explore further together, you move on to IFD.

  3. Explore yourself in depth — IFD

In IFD (Intensive Foundation Design), you look back over your experience and values and deepen your understanding of yourself.

How do I want to live? What in society do I want to face over the long term?

Through repeated dialogue and practice, you build the foundation for long-term work.

  4. Decide on investment or joining

Based on the process up to IFD, both REAPRA and you consider whether to work together over the long term.

If we agree, you move on to investment as an entrepreneur, or to joining REAPRA.

  5. Practise within society — FLP

After investment comes FLP (First Learning Practice).

You build a real business and learn from society while engaging with customers, the organisation and the market.

What you gain from practice is returned to yourself and the business, and you act on society again. Repeating this movement, you head towards long-term industry creation.

04Dialogue

That unease you can’t quite put into words yet —why not talk it through with us?

Your current work, or what comes next.
Even without answers, we can start by exploring together.
